We are registered and approved by Security Industry Regulatory Agency (SIRA), formerly known as Dubai Police Department of Protective Systems (DPS) and Abu Dhabi Monitoring and Control Center (MCC) for physical security solutions and maintenance services. High Definition IP Cameras
Based on open IP standards, IP based CCTV network cameras connect to any kind of IP network, including the Internet, and enable remote viewing and recording from anywhere in the world. They also provide advanced video analytics features, such as motion detection, audio detection and tampering alarm.

Video Management Software
In an IP (network video) system, the cameras are connected over a standard Ethernet network. Video is either stored on a central computer server/PC, a Network Attached Storage (NAS) unit, or on SD cards inside each camera. A web browser can be used to view live video from a camera, but for handling recording and other functionality in the system, a video management software solution is needed. The video management software can be installed on the same PC as the storage, or on a separate PC. In some systems, the cameras have enough video management software built into themselves so that the user only needs smartphone/tablet apps to view live and recorded video.

Video Content Analytics
IP based CCTV surveillance systems can now incorporate video analytic capabilities. Video analytics can transform standard CCTV systems into intelligent and effective detection and alert systems. CCTV technology is now capable of recognising faces of people, vehicles, animals and bags automatically. Integrated with CCTV video analytics, both facial and general recognition software systems are capable of counting, measuring speed and monitoring direction. For example, recognition systems can monitor the duration of time that people are present in a specific area or how long an unattended bag has been left. Some video analytics solutions are even capable of understanding colour. Intelligent video analytics software can recognise different behaviours and create an alarm on a user-defined rule, such as “person moving from vehicle to vehicle in a car park” or “large white vehicle parked in controlled zone”. Intelligent video can also improve the efficiency of control room operators, automate alarms for non-monitored systems, manoeuvre PTZ cameras to zoom into objects creating alarms and save time when searching CCTV recordings.
Video Storage
Many organisations now require that CCTV video images are recorded and archived continuously from all cameras for 90 days or more. With potentially large amounts of data being stored, the technology behind the compression employed and the architecture of the storage solution are critical to ensure these extended recording times can be accommodated. Similarly, the security of the stored data is important so that individual disk and equipment failures do not result in data loss.

Barrier Gates & Parking Management
Modern parking management systems consist of entrance and exit gate barrier units, parking guidance, car parking control, as well as garage payment system, parking counting systems in various types, which are all connected from manual to automatic pay stations and a car park management centre. Vehicle Monitoring and Number Plate Recognition
We provide Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) solutions and Parking Control Systems (RFID), as well as Vehicle Tracking Systems.
- ANPR has become one of the essential systems to keep traffic rules violations low. It is the perfect solution for mass surveillance, by capturing images of vehicle registration plates and keeping them for reference.
- RFID includes various solutions such as Parking Management System (PMS), Industry best Parking Guidance System (PGS), hard-line entrance and exit parking gate barriers, eminent RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) access control systems along with Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) systems equipped with High Definition cameras.

Support & Maintenance
FOSS provide support and maintenance as a standalone service or as one part of an overall CCTV facility management package. By regularly servicing your security system you greatly reduce the chances of component failure.
In addition to this we provide emergency response service. If a fault occurs that presents a risk to the uptime of your data centre it needs to be resolved as quickly as possible. FOSS offers several Emergency response packages with possibilities to attend the site within 24 hours to 4 hours, 7 days a week.
